Shipping, Returns and Warranty

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

– Every order is prepared in our workshop in Badalona. Delivery time: about 2 weeks from order confirmation.
– Free shipping to mainland Spain.
– Balearic and Canary Islands: shipping costs are calculated per order. We will confirm the cost before processing your order. Shipments to the Canary Islands may be subject to import taxes (IGIC) and customs procedures.
– International shipping: we ship worldwide. For export orders, freight costs are quoted on request.

RETURNS

– You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it.
– To start a return, email administracion@fedeswitchandlight.com with your order number.
– Products must be returned uninstalled, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If a product shows signs of use or installation, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.
– Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
– We will refund you within 30 calendar days after receiving the product, using the same payment method. 
– Custom compositions and finishes cannot be returned.

WARRANTY

– All our products carry a 3-year legal guarantee from delivery, in accordance with the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
– The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, impacts or normal wear and tear.
– We recommend installation by a qualified electrician or integrator.
